Q. How much will it cost?
A. As all our installations are custom built there are various factors to be considered, but an accurate estimated cost can be given quickly once all this information has been submitted.

Remember:
No installation can take place without the permission of the Park Owner.

Q. How easy is it to maintain?
A. Once your verandah has been installed all that is needed to keep it looking good is an occasional wash with a power hose and a wipe down with a wash leather. No more painting!

Q. Is it flame proof?
A. The deck and rails are self extinguishing, and if fitted to a galvanised steel subframe comply with Class 1 Fire requirements.

Q. How long will my verandah last.
A. There is no reason why your verandah should not last as long as your caravan.

Q. How long will take to fit?
A. As soon as we have a definite order, we can usually fit within five to six weeks of this being received. Installation usually takes one to two days depending on the size of the verandah.

Q. What sort of guarantee do I have?
A. We guarantee the verandah for 3 years with all UPVC materials being quaranteed for 10 years against any deterioration.

Q. What colour can I have?
A. We can supply three colours. Beige, white and our new colour green.

Q. Can I have one fitted to my new caravan?
A. Of course. As soon as you have selected your new caravan and plot you can discuss the size and position of your verandah. When a definite date to site your caravan is known we can arrange with your Park Owner to install your verandah.
